Christmas Shopping for The WIfe Today! What do you guys buy Spouses for Christmas???

Off to the Mall today as soon as it opens! Hope to avoid crazy Lines and Mall Traffic!

Anyhow, WHat do you guys buy for your Wifes or GF's? Do you surprise them with something or just buy them what they asked for?

I already got my wife a Micheal Kors Jacket, she was with me when i got it, so she knows, but i want to surprise her with a matching Purse but they're like $600 for a fucking purse lmao insane shit! I don't understand how a fucking purse can cost that much GOSH DANG MONEY

Also around here in New Jersey every fucking women is wearing these Knee High Riding Boots, i must admit , some of them are kind of sexy, while some not so sexy, anyhow i am going to see if i can't find a nice pair of riding boots or whatever they're called, lol.


So what do you guys do? Buy gifts your wife asked for, or try to pick out a surprise???

It will be cheaper for me to drive up into New York Today and buy a Knock OFF lol,
 
We haven't been buying much for each other for Christmas the last couple years, we normally buy our "Christmas Presents'' before hand when we need something or see something we really want. It works out this way we can buy more for all the kiddo's in our lives "nieces nephews etc"and I suppose she will buy a bunch of dog and cat presents ha.

This year we are getting all our family stuff out of the way before Christmas day and spending all day Christmas cooking a big healthy meal together, then we will have a couple small gifts. I'm gonna get her a new phone, I'm sure she will get me a rice cooker I need, maybe some new pans or something. We normally don't exceed a couple hundred for one another, unless its a big present between the both of us. and spend the day together with the animals in our lives lol. I love not having huge plans on Christmas day it just gets too hectic, so a nice relaxing day with my lady is perfect for me.
 
What I do is pay attention to what she says she likes over the year, and look for some of those things, plus surprise her with others. I always get a couple same stocking stuffers like VS lip gloss, underwear, mousse , and other little things. Jewelry is an easy one, and electronics are pretty easy too, or purses, or gym clothing etc

I usually only start paying attention in December and pick up on her "hints". Purses are such a waste of money, especially when they want a new one six months later. For $600, they should use that baby for 10 years.

I have won a few 400+ dollar purses for about 120-140 on ebay new in box with tags, depends how you utilize your finances I think.
 
My wife is into shoes more than purses. Which is not to say dhe doesn't have a summer purse, a winter purse and a few others for good measure. And none that cost multiple Franklins, thank God!!

As for Cmas, we set a $ limit of ~$100 each and then each got the other what we wanted within (or close to) that limit. We'll get each other smaller, surprise gifts as well. Like Swole said, that allows for easier time gifting all the young'uns..... we each have grown kids and most of THEM have kids, so we gotta spread it around quite a bit!
 
I think you listen all year that way you pick and choose what you buy when it comes time.
Women like when you listen- most of the time I am bad at that.
You are a bigger man than me if you want to spend $13k on a purse.
 
Michael kors very nice presser i must say.
Me I get a list off her then add to that stuff I've picked up on through the year. Plus perfume oils bath stuff ect ect knickers is a must I like knickers. Lol.
Funny story actually first time ever I've got so embarrassed about buying knickers I walked out the store. Don't know why I'm never shy. But I walked in the shop and over to the sexy stuff and the shop was empty and both shop assistance stop what they where doing and looked at me. I turned and was off on my heals. Lol. Went to a busy place and got some there.
 
I just take her shopping-she usually gets me a gift card and I'll spend it on a gun, but I still haven't even shot the one she bought me for my B-day (Taurus 24/7 9mm). I'm on the road too much.
 
I bought my lady a new 2015 elantra about a month ago cuz she didn't have a car so needless to say she ain't gonna get jack shit

My neighbors house took a direct hit. It struck his dryer exhaust vent and caught it on fire. Luckily he was home and put the fire out. However he lost his security cameras, his pool pump, garage door opener, his Range Rover ECM, two lap tops, and water sprinkler timer. Lady across the street also lost a computer. We lost the iMac.

I think my neighbor said he had like 12K in damages. Could have been worse if he weren't home to put the fire out. Lightning is no joke here in Florida. Lightning capital of the world.

crazy man, spent two weeks in florida this year for work loved it but we did have a bunch of lightning while I was there come to think of it. Were pretty much the tornado capital, but Lightning scares me more then tornados.

Thats insane! Back in the day when we had landline phones, with rotor dialing, lmao, my mom got struck by lightning through the phone when she was talking to my grand mom during a thunderstorm , knocked her on her ass!!! And scared the piss out of me as I was there in the kitchen playing, yes i was a little presser back then lol
