Stress! anyone else get sore throats from stress! ???

Everytime i get super stressed out about something, i wind up with a sore throat! Anyone ever heard of this shit? I use to get cold sores when i was super stressed out, but i out grew those and now i get fucking sore throats!

I can't be alone i hope lmao, i know it sounds weird and you might think I'm making a large leap to suggest one has anything to do with the other, but i promise you i get sore throats when stressed, more like a lump from a swelled up lymph node every time i stress out,

could be some anxiety too. If i get super stressed and anxiety my glands in my neck swell some, and my throat feels like there is a lump in it for a long period of time. Does not really hurt, but if i get really stressed I normally get some sinus problems as well, not sure the relation here.
 
yeah the lump doesn't hurt, I'm pretty sure its swollen lymph node , been stressed like a mother fucker the last 6 months

It can definitely happenbrotha, get you a massage or something, I know when my girl goes at the huge knots in my back on those trigger points, my jaw pain, lumps, everything feels better, my rib cage will even get tight with little knots in my muscles and cartilage, she got me a good foam roller for christmas and i use that once a day or so and it has helped a ton.
 
i do sometimes get this, right now I'm trying to get a short sale done on my investment land/house thats severly underwater. The banks are being thier usual defient selves, they sure arent my best friend now are they?? So yes I'm stressed and feeling it
 
according to a doctor, it is really possible for a person to have a sore throat or other diseases due to stress for stress or anxiety expresses itself in many other ways. Maybe, since you have a sore throat every time you get stressed, it is the best for you to take warm drinks such as teas or just warm water to make your throat comfortable. ( peppermint or products with peppermint could also help). after which, when you controlled your throat, then you must make ways to overcome the stress you are undergoing.
