Ouch brother....... sorry to hear about your situation. I don't have much input on the situation cause the first girl i allowed to move in with me i married. After 16 yrs it's still the best decision i have ever made. I know this has nothing to do with the answer your looking for but i just wanted to extend my condolences and wish you the best brother. Life is too short not to be happy so do what you got to do but make it amicable if at all possible. I packed my shit up one time and was gone by the time she came home from work. It worked out well besides a random keying my truck took a few days later. If I paid for it then I took it but if we had shared the expense I just left it. What really sucks is if you have pets though. If I were you I would sit her down and say it isn't working out and it's time to part ways. If you want to be easy on her say it's you not her and that you need some time to work on you. If you want to be direct then tell her why you really want to leave unless it's another girl lol. She might not even put up any resistance because maybe she wants out as well but doesn't want to tell you. Don't forget your breakup sex though it's always good to get a good angry bang in before you roll out. That will be 200 dollars Presser send it via paypal please.
Thankfully most things are straight. Vehicles are only one name not both. We're renting so no mortgage shenanigans. Only difficult stuff is that our bills are mostly conjoined, insurance and such. But yea I'm very lucky this hadn't gone further and it's an easy seperation.

Bro I hated living w/ GF's the very breif times I did lonngg time ago. First I admit I was a male ho and messing around was harder when co-habitating. Next I like sleeping alone, I can bed hog the covers. Lastly I like my time to myself w/o the nagging, the drama and watching gay shows on TV. They would come over, we screw, they stay for a bit after, they leave.

Hey I'm not gonna complain lmao some crazy shit happened today though I woke up and last night I went out with this girl and all today the girl I was seeing was talking about not wanting to be a rebound and all kinds of weird shit. I was honest with her about the split up and she was really cool with it. But what I ended up finding out was that my ex texted her a 6 in the morning acting like I was sending message to a bro talking about how she was just a rebounds to "get me back in the game" and how I'd already ducked her and all this weird shit. Fucking crazy bitch lol after than Though now it just makes me look WAY better and my ex just looks psychotic lmao! Gotta love it

Jesus... This topic brings back many many bad memories... I been married twice.. both tough psychotic break ups.. one w/ a child and rental property (that ended up w/ her kidnapping him over 250miles)... and I was left w/ nothing that wasn't damaged.. and my 2nd.. rental property, no kids.. it was dramatic, and we were toxic together.. she was going to leave me 5 times in 2 weeks.. when i finally i said she was right.. and time to call it quits.. i left, and didn't answer a text or a phone call except twice in almost 2 years.. and only 4 times in 3.5years.. the car was fully paid for by me and was mine but in her name due to legal reasons... i had to go over and get her to sign the title (after she said she would report it stolen), and she tried to trap me in the house and was begging me to "sit on the couch" and talk.. which turned into her just "asking to fuck" after not talking to her for like 3 weeks.. and when I was told she had no friends and no where to go.. and then received a text saying i could go to the house and get my stuff because she would be at work... I showed up to find a reclining chair, 1 couch, and some boxes of shit I had never unpacked when we had moved in together... OH.. and turf tracks from trucks (moving trucks i'm assuming).. on the front lawn.. AND a pissed off landlord to deal with.. (meaning a break in the lease) .. I did proceed to receive about 400 texts or so.. over the course of a couple months.. that I didn't answer once. but kept coming... it was something else.. ...

I had to yell at her to get her to sign it.. and then try to dodge her to get to the door so I could get out of the house w/o actually putting my hands on her... she would have called the cops and put me in jail just for trying to push her out of the way to leave... and I WASN'T about t get caught in THAT TRAP...

I feel ya brother, Im going through the same thing except we've been married for 14 years and have a child. Shes been telling me for that last year that my attitude is awful and if i don't change we would be done..( to many tren cycles..maybe). I though it was nothing and just blew it off and figured we would deal with it and move on. then one day we where arguing and i mentioned maybe we should get a divorce, not really wanting one, just being a dick. and she said yeah i think we should...I think my heart stopped beating right then and there..I had been so damn ignorant and ignored all the signs and thought she would always be there no matter what... she was my absolute best friend in life and i waited until it was to late to try and fix it... I am almost positive that she has found someone else, and i am beside myself that i let it get to this.. anyway just venting a little thanks
