After I finish up what I'm running.
Little help from exp people with this exp.i would like to flush my system out.

Wish I could help you beef. Hopefully someone will chime in. I can tell you that I had the flu once and didn't eat for 3 days. After the third day of total fasting, my mind became very clear like a fog had been lifted. It was awesome.

Fasting with the right foods may be the good way. I do that sometimes but I don't eat crap and If I take in something I give it time to clear.
Water and cranberry juice has always helped me..or prune juice lol

I really don't recommend the Flu way but who knows..lol

Honestly. What helps me is a two day fast with vegetable shakes. The veggies keep u feeling full while u fast. Plus the rediculous amount of fiber really cleans u out.

Not the "juicing" shakes as they get rid of the fiber. If u have a nutribullet or something similar...use that.

A regular blender doesn't do it. Lol. Doesn't have high enough rpm to really blend everything up enough. It'll be like a chewy slaw.

cocaine and vodka..........whole foods (if you have one in your area) has a detox kit that works pretty well

Cold pressed carrot juice and laying in the sun for 3 days. Really clears out the system for me.

lol...I am not saying he has to catch the flu to clean out. I am saying that I was forced to fast for 3 days with nothing but water because I couldn't hold anything down. At the end of the 3 days my mind was as sharp as a tack.
