TB-500 not fully disssolved

I re-constituted my second bottle of TB-500, it did not fully dissolve. You can still see some very small flakes it the bottle. I did everything properly (as far as the re-constitution process) and has been several days now. My question is, can I still administer the TB-500 or should I not take a chance? Thanks for any and all help.

My wife is a nurse and said that anything injected that has solid particles has the potential to breech the blood vessels and become a embolism that could travel to the lungs,heart,or brain.
