A Bodybuilders Mid-Life Crisis.

First let me ask, what age does a man have or start going through his mid-life crisis?

And what does a mid-life crisis look like for a bodybuilder?

Is it worst then the normal Joe's mid-life crisis?

I mean after all, a bodybuilder is someone who takes extra EXTRA care of himself, and is always his own biggest critique.

As for me, i ask because, i have been married 13 years, and together over 16 years! And I feel like i want to fuck everything that looks at me! I even seen a little gay guy checking me out yesterday, and i thought to myself, i might let him suck my dick lmao ......what? dont judge me! lmao

Depends on the guy and level of stress, I had one in my early 30's due to a brutally stressfull job.

Then again most guys that have a mid life crisis are trying to return to their glory years. They try to throw money at it, not sure how it works for guys in shape that look better than all the 20 year olds at the gym????????

I'm sure it depends on what compromises you made early on and where things are in your life. I had a new Corvette at 20 or 21 and another at 27 and at 30. I also know how difficult it is to find a really good woman. I never got to travel much before I met Silk. Fast cars and slutty chicks... ugh... if I get a craving for that Silk and I will go to a Strip Club and have our fill. I may end up with another Corvette as a weekend or track car, but I'm not totally sure yet. Then again it would help if I had a job. Do you and your girl go out? We haven't in a while, but when we did we would hit up the beach bars and then head out to a strip club with whoever we liked and picked up along the way. I know that's not the norm, but Silk doesn't leave much on the table to entice me for the most part.
On the other hand you have kids... it goes without saying you made a lot of sacrifices and probably did without in order to provide for them

Being attracted to other chicks shows you still have your pride and you shit put together. That the first thing so many guys do is get out of shape and sloppy and then lose interest in looking at other chicks b/c they know they don't have a chance... soon their significant other loses interest in them. .. at least thats my opinion... it's natural to be attracted to pretty girls... you just have to have clear limits with your partner. On the rare occasion Silk tells me a guy is good looking I'll look him over head to toe as long as I can... after I beat his ass into a bloody mess LOL!!!

not sure about a mid life crisis but I am almost 40 and I am amazed at how many women from 21 to 30 are attracted to an older guy who is in good shape. It makes it hard to put up with any shit from any women now because im not fat and ugly and on any given day I can get laid by a hot chic. Also helps I cook clean have lots of nice toys that also attract women. Most important I am financially stable so yeah I guess I don't have to settle or put up with any shit but I would like to settle down again with the right woman. So maybe I am in a mid life crisis Ha Ha

As I think about this I think I am 100% having a mid life crisis. My career was taken from me and after 10 years I have to find something completely different to do. I bought a home, paid off a vehicle, and have spent almost $1500 training and getting certifications and licenses for a new career path. I'm reevaluating everything in my life. I once again have become concerned about my appearance and health... got a puppy... it's scary...

I think it can happen at anytime bro. i am currently going through some crazy stress with my job. Relocated last year to move a company to another part of the country, now find myself in a situation with my girl wanting to go back home. That coupled with crazy long hours and stress with money, and not having enough time in the day to work out regularly I am going insane. I have thought more then once about cashing in everything I have and buying a backpack and a one way ticket to Europe and just get lost for a year.

Like some of the others have said, it has to do with how many sacrifices you have made early on. I do feel that way too sometimes, every girl that looks at me or winks at me I just want to go to the nearest coat closet, or bathroom and pound. I'm not even on anything and I think my test levels are low currently. Gotta push through and find new shit to do to keep things exciting, and stress free. I'm finally starting to get back in shape a little and its helping a ton the better you look the younger you feel. Turning thirty this year didn't help any either.

That would be a hell of a party... I hardly ever party anymore, alcohol just makes me feel like shit afterward, most times I prefer to smoke some good bud and relax and see a movie. Definitely man I love the C6 Zo6 the newer styles haven't quite grown on me yet. I have been eyeing some used sports cars lately I miss modding and going to the track on the weekends.
