I recently got a job where I have to shave daily (yea i know WTF, my precious beard). maybe one day they'll get with the times. :curse:

Anyhow, any of you guys use an electric razor I just don't feel like shaving every single F'ing day with a razor.

Unless u go pay 100+ for a really nice electric, theres no point. All the cheap ones do is rip u up. Plus, theres nothing like the feeling after a nice clean shave.

Depending on how thick your beard grows and how fast, the Wahl balding razor is like $45 on Amazon and does fairly well. If you just have light growth per day, it will be overkill and hurt (its a professional model designed to take lots of hair off quickly).

Yep, I know its a hassle with shave cream, washing off etc but well worth the trouble as razors are cheap (disposables) so is cream and the close shave is well worth the hassle. Yrs ago I owned a shiick flex head and it did OK but still had burns and red marks

I have a Norelco 9 in 1 waterproof that I use to do my whole body with but I've never used it on my face lol. I will give it a try and see how it goes. Think I paid 70 bucks for it.

My old electric razor wore out, and I have been using disposable razors for a while. It was so less time consuming using an electric razor. Time to buy another one.

Ever since I was in the Marines it dosent matter what I use. I have to shave every day for work so I signed up with the dollar shave club. Saves me a couple dollars and gets the job done. I don't think I could switch to an electric razor.

I just dont like having to use a razor every day, my beard grows overnight basically, so I am one of those shave everyday people and was trying to find a way to do it quickly and not have take a shower before hand.

if your hair is that long every day....i'd just shave with a razor man. It'll hurt like hell with an electric, and take just as long.

Ya man after 10 years this is pretty much the deal. For me, I cut my face to hell with even the best 5 blade razors and shaving cream. I've used electrics which don't tear my skin up as bad, but it's still rough and stays all red under there especially when I get sweaty. I finally forked over the money and got a top of the line Braun series 7. It was over $200... but it gives me damn near as close of a shave as a straight razor, but with damn near zero irritation. It has a cleaning station and it cleans the razor automatically when it needs it. As long as it lasts a couple years I have to say that I think it was worth it. I prefer the Braun razors over Norelco and Panasonic. They just work better on my skin.

every electric razor i ever used always pulled my fucking hairs, and i hated them, tried 3 types but maybe they have come along way ever since then, its been 15 years since i used one

I like to use hair clippers for my beard, as i like that little tiny bit of shadow it leaves me, and if i have to or want to shave real tight, i use regular razor, and those fuckers are expensive as fuck, its like $35 for a few of them, its pretty bad when the pharmacies have to put the fucking razors in a locked case, lol, i have to go get someone to open the case and get me out a few razor blade refills, sad they are so expensive, but they last forever!
