Hello to all my fitness freaks, gravity fighters, pump addicts, loggers, barbers, fishers, hunters, hard asses, smart asses, brothers, sisters, and anyone else i missed.

I hope you are all enjoying the long weekend. My thoughts go out to all you in Texas that are getting you asses handed to you by Mother Fucking Nature. I hope you stay safe.

Now to my point. (I have had a pretty good morning, if you cant tell)

I have been stocking up on supplements to assist on my recovery from the "Bum Elbow". The items below are what i am planing on using during this "recovery/repair cycle". Let me know if i should add or remove any of the list.

Pre-workout: I rotate between three brands. ION Preformix, C4, and Mr. Hyde.

BCAA: Rich Piana All Day You May

Daily Vitamins: Universal Nutrition Animal Pack and Animal Flex.

Protein: Universal Nutrition Real Gains, Muscletech Micellar Whey Sustained-Release, MuscleMeds Carnivor.

Shits and Giggles: Deer Antler Velvet Extract. ( A gift from a friend )

My Diet will be pretty clean. Lots of Salmon, wild turkey, deer meet, and chicken: poor chickens.......

THE MAGIC: MC-IGF1 !!! :bber:

I am in Houston- 5 people have died due to flooding. Not good . I am curious to hear about your supplementation -looking forward to hearing your feedback on them. Good luck.

I hate to hear about the loss of life. I will make a new post when the "magic" arrives. I'm hoping to only be on this cycle for about 3 weeks +-. After I have fully recovered i will switch to a bulking schedule.

Thanks again, Best of luck to you. I hope y'all get a break from this weather soon.

I'm not a huge fan of the supplement store products, but I'm a huge believer in IGF. Scratch the statement on supplements, I focused on the deer antler first. The other stuff looks pretty good as well. Maybe get a jar of DMSO from a vet supply store for $10. That's all you need for injury healing from joints, to tendons, to muscles.
And Welcome!
