Rant and PLEASE HELP ME!

So I have this Speech Proffessor who really has something against me. I've gotten a 0 on an assignment when she said I didn't follow the assignement. I was given a 76% for participation in class when I'm the only one in the class answering her questions. Never missed a day of class and I work my ass off. On my last speech it wasn't A material, but it was good and entertaining to say the least. The speech was supposed to be 6-8 minutes. They were several areas that were evaluated from 5 to 1. 1 being the lowest score. Well because my speech was 11 minutes I didn't get a 5, didn't get a 4, didn't get a 2... I got a -25!!! She subtracted 30 points from my grade because I prepared too much material!!! Before this ridiculous arbitrary subtraction of points I had a B on the speech. After she subtracted her 30 points I now have an F.... well maybe not... score goes to 5 from 1 and I got negative 25 maybe I have an L or a Z in her class.
I'm thinking of doing the topic on Ketogenic diet and why it's the best. It must he broken down into 3 main parts.
1. What is ketosis
2. How do you get into Ketosis
3 results from a ketogenic diet vs a low calorie diet.
What do you think? Please share any and all ideas. This bitch has literally ruined my semester. This was a easy ride to a 4.0 and I considered entering the advanced placement curriculum. I've email the Department Chair (who it out of town) and the College Director, and another complaint to the complaint dept. This is just unbelievable. And they asked me "did you talk to her" I said "what?? Why would I talk to her so that she can say I threatened her or any number of other things?" What is the to talk about. That section is 1 to 5 points that's it. Give me 1 to 5 points. This isn't fucking quantum physics.I'm so mad I can feel my face flushing...the fucking nerve of this lady! And she's been doing it all semester. And then I had to write a 400 word essay on how I'm going to improve... I'm going to explain how the grading scale works to my professor because clearly she is fucking retarded... can you believe this shit?

Go talk to her. Set up a meeting and just relay your points and start the appeal with her. Go over the points you feel you were unfairly scored. Argue your case but do so in a manner where you present logic not like some arse just being mad. Ever see someone mad and yelling about things, they look really stupid and never get their point across because people just shut down to it. Google the delphi procedure and read it.

if you know from the bottom of your heart that this women has it out for you and is fucking with you, then you schedule a meeting with her after class, just the two of you, talk about whatever you want, the meeting isnt for any real solution, its so you can then file a report that she smacked you on the back of your ass, or touched you , fuck this liberal bullshit, you MUST FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE! your going to have to get grimy bro

In this case, I would NOT do a one on one. Talk to her but have a friend there with you to witness the entire thing, plus record the exchange via audio on your phone. When someone is out to get you for some stupid irrational reason, you have to protect yourself. She may think you're some dumb lug just because you are muscular and that's her way of telling you college isn't for you and is trying to discourage you from pursuing your education. Sadly, some college teachers can be like that, and they are a disgrace to the profession. Definitely confront her intelligently *without major anger* if possible, but with a witness present and record it. That way it will never become a "he said, she said" kind of thing. If she is unreasonable, you can go with the witness and the recording and let the dean know in no uncertain terms that she is a problem and should be removed.

that's crazy bro sorry you're dealing with that shit, i'd find out who the dean of your particular college is and run it past them if that's at all possible, perhaps thru them request a sit down to clear the air after making your grievances known. if you have some sort of academic adviser i'd make sure you speak to them so they can document what you have to say on their end.
