2 friends competing today and tomorrow

I know it's taboo to say "your guy" is competing, I don't care, I am super proud of both of them, one is a member here "Formernpc" he Is a brother, and a huge inspiration in my life. His fiance is competing too. I will post results. Sorry to be proud of close friends if that annoys anyone since it's not me competing, butI have known him for 9 years and he's a great dude. I will post pics on here when they are available.

He has been a huge inspiration to me and a really great friend over the years. He was a Preacher for a long time and one of the only friends I trust bc so many people are full of shit. I hope he destroys this show, although he said he wishes everyone luck (he came to win though)

She is his fiance. Last year he used an older style coach, that pic was before his last year cut at 49 years old. He has a new Coach this year, he's 5'8" and was sitting around 242 pounds. He is a fuckin beast for sure. When I met him I was bigger than him by a decent amount, and he had put bodybuilding completely on the backburner for 15 years. A few years ago he had another set back when an airbag went off just from running over a semi truck tire flap (side airbag) causing severe nerve damage to his left arm, making him go all the way down to 200-ish pounds. He was a Preacher for years, and a solid friend for almost a decade. I couldn't be more proud of him. This was a show up by you Press, that's why I had written you asking if you were going to any of the shows. I think he plans to do North Americans? (I believe)

Haha that's great with the mirror thing lol I was just talking to him and laughing about how last time I went up to see him we trained legs, a couple hours after my Wife and I went with him and his Fiance to eat some steak and it took me literally 12 minutes to get from the car to the restaurant. I was cramping like I never have in my life he trains in Ga. He flew up to NY for the NJ show so he was working out at a couple hotels over there for that though. And yeah he is 50 man. I think it is insane what he's done over the last decade
