Ok watched this "EYE IN THE SKY" movie over the weekend, and I have to tell you I was angry and calling the actors on the tv a bunch of fucking pussies, lol, and just kept thinking or wondering actually whether it is really this bad in real life drone strike situations.
Premise of the movie is that a drone over africa has the top 2, 4 and 5 terrorists on watch list all in one location, and because their was ONE little girl within the POSSIBLE collateral damage death zone from a Drones Hell Fire Missile, so the Politicians couldnt make the call to kill the terrorists over one little girl selling bread nearby, lol, the politicians would pass the buck, and say ask higher up the chain if we can strike, so it went on forever after U.K. prime minister couldnt do it, and 3 other top officials couldnt pull the trigger, they called the USA, we said go for it kill them all, its well worth the collateral damage, and the terrorists inside the house were putting on 2 suicide vests, and about to go kill dozens of innocent people, and the politicians knew it and still couldnt pull the trigger over ONE LITTLE GIRL
So they finally get permission, cal it into the American Soldier flying the drone, and he see's the little girl too, and says he cant fire the missile, and he start crying and shit , made american soldiers look like a bunch of bitches along with all the other country politicians!
Shit had me angry, intense, and tensed up, and yelling at the televisions screen!
Anyhow, i wonder if it is really that bad when it comes to collateral damage? i know we just lifter our rules on this, and made it easier to take out targets near civilians, but still this movie mae me think!
