New Guy "Tired"

Tired

New member
Just wanted to check in and say thank you for any help or suggestions. Thanks again and Happy new year. My general problem is trying to find some help while having a crap thyroid problem. Any ideas? Supplements? I like to box so leaner and harder while fighting through shoulder injuries. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Welcome to MuscleChemistry. Nobody here would give any suggestions without knowing what a "crap thyroid problem" is. I'm actually not even sure what your asking bro

I have hypothyroidism and Hashimoto" underactive " thyroid. Before i found this out i got ghrp 2/6 and sermoline. Is it ok for me too take this? If not any suggestions? I'm also looking for a suggestion on a peptide or whatever to help with my aging shoulders from boxing. Sorry about any confusion. First forum i have EVER used. Thank you

Hey welcome!
Did you have any recent blood work done? I assume your under Dr. Care for your thyroid. Does the Dr have you on any meds?
Also do you have any cycle history?

Yes I just had blood work done. T3 and T4 were ok levels. TSH was a on the low side. I do take medication it is Levothyroxine and Levothyronine low doses of both. I have never cycled anything besides a year of testosterone which was taken away because of the GOV new guide lines. I do have the peptides I listed already but while doing some reading I saw "use caution" with having Hypothyroid and the SERM/GHRP 2/6. I am constantly Tired from what I do for work but enjoy Boxing and can still blow out some 20 year olds and keep up with others in natural strength and cardio. But I am getting into my late 30's and also having shoulder issues. I really do appreciate any and all ideas. My FIRST forum so sorry for any confusion's. THANK YOU!

So you did testosterone therapy for a year and then just discontinued it??? Did you do a PCT or a restart to try to get your natural test levels up? Or did you just stop cold turkey? When exactly was that when you came off your therapy?
Did you get your test levels checked along with estrogen when you had your bloodwork?

Welcome to MC!

The peptides you are taking are for GH release and increasing appetite. If GH increases at all, then it does have some effect on normal thyroid production since GH and thyroid affect each other, but typically you wouldn't get a very big increase in GH from these peptides, plus you are already on T3 and T4 which would mitigate any effects to your thyroid. (In no way am I a doctor so you would do well to confirm this on your own.)

For the shoulder issues, it seems to me that you would benefit greatly from some IGF-1 supplementation. Many here have used it to help with the exact same issue, myself included. IGF-1 speeds up healing and helps with chronic injury. The MCAS store sells it so you have a source for it sitting right in front of you.

You also sound like you may have low testosterone, especially if you stopped cold turkey. It also sounds like you live somewhere besides the U.S.

Big Z is 100% right on the igf it really is amazing. Last February. My right Tricep tendon got completely ripped off my elbow in an accident. Had surgery March 29th and last week benched over 200 lbs and shoulder pressed 165 or 185 can't remember right off the top of my head. Point is many said I was through..guess we know now who can suck it. Lol

I did have to quit cold turkey on the testosterone. My Doc told me it was because of some new Govermnt guide lines. So I am not sure how much that has hurt me in the long run so far. My testosterone levels are low. I came off that around 18 months ago and have not used anything since so NO I HAVE NOT DONE A PCT. I have not checked my estrogen. I DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING right now. My main question is do any of you guys see any problems with the taking the peptides I have, with having thyroid and pituitary problem and being on meds for them, which are levothyroxine and liothyronine.??? I do live in the U.S. but can not find a doctor any where to prscrb me Testosterone.

I guess since I have never taken anything on my own, I will admit to being a little gun shy right now. But it has become very apparent to me that I had no idea how shitty some doctors are and do not give a shit if they help you or not, as long as they get your money. So I do need to start helping myself. I cant thank you enough for helping me with some info.

Yeah if u went cold turkey with no pct the Dr is basically a dick. Or stupid. Or both. So now you are struggling to figure this all out.
I believe you will still feel like crap even with peptides. Cause your test is low. So if u can afford it maybe find a HRT clinic and see about going on TRT. To start off they will have you do blood work which you will have to pay for. Don't be surprised if it's about 300 bucks just for the labs... then they will prescribe trt and you will have to pay for the test. It can get pricey. But in the end should make you feel way better...hopefully

If you have a thyroid deficiency you need to see a better doctor thyroid problems run.rampant in my family and t-4 has fixed everything for them example my mom is in her mid 70's has been on t-4 for 25 years and she is fit slim and in great shape for.her age she takes 100 mcg eod and the days between she takes 75 mcg I strongly advise a better doctor and get on TRT and the proper dose of t-4 it will make a huge difference in your fitness and outlook on life.

Thank you for your help. The question I still have is can I take the peptides I have unopened while using a LOW dose of Levothyroxine, and Liothyronine. They are ghrp2/6 with serm. Is there any kind of gear or peptide I should absolutely stay away from. And what is"eod"? Thank you again!

Since peptides are research chemicals and we don't k n ow enough about them IMO don't use them till u get yourself squared away.
Besides what little they offer won't make much difference in the way u feel. It's like shooting a bear with a BB gun...
Eod means every other day
