    Default Dead lift today

    A way to make everything from Monday on. a breeze lol

    Max at 455
    90% 405-10
    70% 320 -5 EMOM
    every minute on the minute for 10 min

    My question is
    My lower back is always hurting no matter what day it is
    I've tried rolling on a 4" pvc , chiropractor and hanging upside down is the worse
    Any other tips y'all may have

    I'd like to know, too. Because legs day and back day leave my lower back feeling like my spine and kidney are being ripped out. (yes, kidney... I only have 1)

    Find a chiropractor with a decompression table. The pain comes from a lack of fluid around the vertebrae. The decompression table pulls you a part and holds you there so the fluid can find its way in it is awesome has made a 100% difference in my back problems

    Bulging disk see a neurologist it sucks but I have lived with it for 16 years IBU 1000 mg two times ed and Kratom helps

    When I hurt my lower back, I was told to keep my abs extra strong strong from that point on. Said a strong core would support my lower back during everyday wear & tear. I also do a stretch by laying on my back, grab my legs (where your balled up) & just rock back & fourth like that for a min. I also herniated a disc in my neck last year & has hurt me ever since, until recently when I started taking ostarine. Don't know if that will help your problem, but maybe it's worth a shot

    Hang upside down for 15 min each day and you will be amazed at what it does for your lower back and blood flow. You will be amazed at the immediate relief also.
