    Default Hello again from Nuknuk

wanted to come say hello, I know its been a while but life through quite a few curve balls at me, and still trying to get a grasp on all of it. Just started back working out this week. I have turned into looking like a skinny bag of shit, and I'm trying to turn it around. I'm weak as hell and lost all my size, and its been a big depression that I fight with. All started with my heart, I have 3 stents in now, and deal with afib a lot. But I'm still alive and kicking, and wanted to get back on the board again. Presser has been to good to me to not to.

yeah, I have been a mess but ok, had to have two more operations done on the heart(catheters) done and another stent put in, then after the last one my heart went into afib bad and had to get shock to get normal, till have some afib issues. Also had to get cancer removed from the side of my head. I'm thinking hitting the gym again is what I need back in life. Seems all hell broke lose when I left it seriously, lol

yeah bro, lots of guys still ask where your at and what your up to, and I had no idea you were dealing with so many health related issues, very sorry to hear this, as Last year was my all time worst health year of my life, with multiple kidney surgeries through my back , and one into the wrong kidney due to them marking my wrong arm which I even seen them mark pre surgery but assumed the X meant NOT this side, but it meant the opposite, and having a piss bag hanging off my hip for days with tubes running into my kidney, so I feel you, but I will say this, as bad as I thought I had it, and I did complain and thought I had it bad, but not nearly as bad as what you went through, as the heart is about as serious as it gets. So with that said, im glad your here still breathing and typing lol, and I wish you the very very best brutha!

If you ever feel like you wanna get back on board Team MC to help out our community as also a way to help you get gym motivated as well, then by all means we’d always be happy to have the knowledge you bring with ya in bodybuilding along with the added benefit of limits to avoid health associated stuff, and I have no clue how much of your issues have to do with anabolics, if any at all, but I figured I would toss that out there.

Good to hear from you though!!!

My Dad has had kidney issues and stones all his life so I know the pain that can bring. Im looking to get back going at it again in the gym and start eating right. Will be getting some IGF from your store here in the next 48 hrs or less. So yeah I will be hanging around, and my old training partner has just won the New York Pro so I have some insight from the pro side that Im sure the guys on the board would like.

Wow- great to see you back- I echo the health issues- I have been dealing with prostate issues for sometime now and still bordering on cancer- started pre-emptive treatment but trust me when I say you need the gym to get you back in the right mindset.

Damn Nuk, great to have an old school MC guy back around. Sucks that you're going through all of that, but on the bright side, you're still on the green side of the grass. You can always make a comeback as long as you're still breathing. My mom beat stage 4 bone cancer and my grandfather beat prostate cancer. You can beat what you're going through, as well. I look forward to learning more stuff from you, and I'm glad you're back on board.

Kind of funny, but I coach a church league softball team and after is when we had brief meeting, also where we write the names of the ones who need prayers, there always about a dozen names, and the lady who was doing the prayer was naming the names, like Gladys, Bob, Mary etc and she came to MMX2 and Nuknuk, I just gave thumbs up and smiled

I'm far from a holly roller, but God Bless both you and whoever on this MB may be in similair situation......

lmao, nah, I just remember in a bar about 15 years ago, their was the guy with whom my said he was so good looking that she felt uncomfortable around him lmao ,to this day I havent a clue what those words meant lol, but what I do remember is when he was leaving he walked by me and said “Later Daddio” and I was like wtf, who the fuck says “daddio” in this day and age, and I honest to GOD pondered it for days on end lol, mainly cause I was also pondering what my wife meant by her comments, so the two things were in my mind, and I came to the conclusion that he uses the word DADDIO , because he knows it will fuck with people, make em think wtf, and think about it and likely come to the same conclusion with which I had come to, and that is....Because He Could, and that not just anyone can get away with it in public lmao, (real public) not this internet bullshit lol.

Anyhow, man did I get off topic, and go overboard as usual, but you brought it up so there it is, plus the only 1950’s experience I have is from television and history class lmao.

P.S. side note, The So good looking guy that he made my wife uncomfortable to be around , was a tiny little blond curt Cobain looking dude who was in town for his late bands appearance on the Late Show , letterman maybe or Leno, I forget which, and NO to this day I have no idea who he was or what popular band he played in, but he was a little rocker dude with apparently a sexy face, that had he not threw “DADDIO” at me, I may have bashed in back then lol, maybe thats why he used DADDIO, to throw other Mens Anger Off lmao

I just always thought Daddio was the 50's version of Dude...and I have no recollection of the 50's as well, except for Happy Days, a rather cheesy series, although I did live in the last 6 wks of 1959 when I was born.

I still like the term though, theres a certain humor to it......
