Thanks guys. I’m pretty active in the forums. I travel for work so I spend a good amount of time reading and learning form all y’all. I’ve been serious about lifting for the last 4 years now after a stopped for a while (self employed) and only did cardio (running) then. But I was hard at it must of my 20’s as well.
