dudes and dudettes,
what are your thoughts about consuming alcohol while on an IGF1-LR3 + LGD cycle ?
will it adversely affect the gains ? will it turn the body catabolic ?
i drink a few cans of beer while mowing the lawn - if not that @#$% job is a pain in the @$$.
and then there is the social drinking with office colleagues, which is fun but also a necessary evil in the corporate world.

but i am really concerned if i should abstain from alcohol completely during this cycle !!!

i see a pronounced muscle definition and growth during this cycle and got a lot of my office colleagues comment about it.
and some ladies giving me that "look".

anyway, hoping to hear from veterans. hopefully i am not the only guy consuming alcohol in a forum of extremely freaky clean non-alcohol folks.
if that's the case, i will feel like the guy eating a steak during a vegan convention.

I myself rarely drink save for a couple of beers w occasional pizza or if I have a female over, will seduce her w some wine. that being said I cant see where a few beers here and there will hurt a significant amount. But limit to a small amount, will the corporate world really frown on a light drinker? But I get the theory of fitting in esp if there $$ involved....

Lose the alcohol. There is nothing good about it during a cycle. It wrecks havoc to the blood sugar not to mention it's water soluble and enters every cell in the body. It also destroy's the test molecule. It will also increase estrogen.
