    Default Right pec pain

I have a question regarding some pain I just notice I have on my right pec muscle.. last night I was planning my workout for today I started to press on my chest to see if I wasn’t sore for the workout. As soon a I pressed I felt a pain right between the pec and armpit.. there is no bruising at all and the type of pain is like if I got hit by something. There is no lump or anything. Only difference I have done is lift heavier and maybe that’s the cause of it. It does not feel like a tear. Also been pinning trestolone ace 35 mg Ed since Monday.. could it be gyno or a high estrogen symptom? I dosed 1 mg of arimidex soon after I noticed the pain to avoid gyno.. as long as I don’t touch it there is no pain and I have full range of motion.. my fear is more about cancer than gyno.

Are you talking about the area with all the ligaments?

I bet you pulled it. This is a lot easier to do than people think. I would ice it and take some anti inflammatories for a few day. Looks like you will be doing a lot of legs.

Warm up your shoulders really well and get a lot of blood in them, then do light chest for reps. But if it hurts then stop.
