Didn't get to do a cycle been doing physiotherapy. 6 months no gym. was 330 or so.

pysio is starting to go good my back had been wrecked for 3 years. going to keep cutting.

Big changes!!
I have 2 ruptured discs in neck c5 and c6
Plus L5 thru S1
I keep my weight around 190-200 with bf low at 5'8" and pain not as bad as heavier!!!

before I start the gym I need a lot of help building a specific workout routine to have myself bigger and more cut then in this picture. Who ever can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

6 feet tall. 21 pushups in a row today and some weightless squats. Trying not to reinjure anything. Made a mistake had piece of cake. one cheat meal ruins my mentality.
