I start saying "Wermmmmmp DECENT WEIGHT YESSSSSSSS MY FRIEND!!!"

On top of that annoyingness this dude has headphones on while he intermittently singing part of the lyrics out loud to what ever the fuck he's listening to.


I totally forgot this aspect of the weight gym while on my 3+ year Jiu Jitsu hiatus

hahahaha that's great. Unfortunately that would mean revoking my State and National Licensures from work. I have to pick my moments ,but that's great none the less haha
