Ronnie Colman on Netflix
Good 90 minutes about his carrier and the damage he done to his back and hips.
He is still training with walking crutches but still pushing. It's motivational to show no giving up!! And I respect him for all he has done.
Check it out. I been sick watch pumping iron yesterday and Ronnie Colman doc today...

I caught it a few weeks ago. He's just causing more problems for himself. He doesn't seem right for some reason. I'm thinking he's addicted to the oxys. With that being said I don't think he realizes what he is doing to his body. Anybody who has ever been addicted to opiates knows what I'm talking about. It's a damn shame. I hope he gets better.

I think he needs them right now.
But he is only working out certain body parts too.
He already walked and was told the wheelchair was prolly for good.
I guess I would have to hear them say the screws broke from him working out and not from other reasons...
So don't know....

I caught it last week and have to say that I feel bad for him. He can hardly walk now and has no chance of recovery or a normal life. The medical bills will eventually destroy his family finances.
The guy was unreal in his rein. His traps were ungodly huge. He just didn’t know when to pull back. I get it though.... once you are at the very top, there is no where else to go, so you keep pushing to stay on top.

I'll have to check it out. It's on my watch list, now I just have to get time to sit down and watch it.

Great view for sure. Just hate to see the shape that he is in now.

i read somewhere that Ronnie was asked if he regretted his style of training knowing where it's brought him, he responded by saying his only regret is that he didn't add more weight or get in another set lol, it's tough seeing him struggle today but it helps knowing he doesn't regret the lifestyle he led and he isn't all pissed or depressed about things now. at least that's my take from that quote, still gotta check out this movie!
