U still working out right??

All u need is suffient amounts of testosterone and balance of estro. Sometimes estro can be too high, especially in higher bf% it can get in way of losing weight.

Just be careful with the hormones rebound can suck. Diet, activity, exercise, sleep.
We gotta burn more than we putting in to lose fat... so force that and u will lose weight while building muscle!!
