    Default Building muscle - trying to understand something

    Is this true: "an average person can build a max 5-6lbs of muscle a year when using anabolics".
    If not, how to build more muscle (with fat is fine)? What is the best roid to help with this? Just test, good diet and lifting heavy? Money isn't an issue, I am just fed up of how I look, really struggling to loose the remaining fat despite dieting and also struggling to add on muscle.
    How do you assess how much muscle weight you have and need in order to get to your goal, so I can plan out how long it will take to get there.

    I am tempted to try SARMs: Sarms For Sale, SARMS LGD 4033 For Sale, Sarm Supplements For Sale , SARM STORE hence I was curious about the above. I'm just on test (1.5ml a week 250mg) and 1 50mg avanar a day, 1/2 AI (12.5mg) EOD, and my libido has completely crashed.

    This is my opinion and it's an estimated average from my mind....
    If u start working out and havent been the first 6 months roids or not u will gain most amount of muscle in that time!!
    My guess is 6-15lbs if muscle.

    Year 1 as said up to 15lbs of muscle maybe more.
    Year 2 approx 5 more lbs of muscle
    Year 3 and after 2 lbs maybe 3 per year.

    Anabolics do help and differ person to person depending on response work ethic and diet!!

    Hgh 25% more lean muscle mass after 6-10 months of steady use!!!
    IGF same potential as hgh i reckon!!!
    Now this is all lean muscle keepable gains I am speaking of, not talking about water weight that certain roids temporarily cause us to gain.

    Sarms?? They prolly help I am sure but they have ceiling and will not be as drastic in changes!!

    To gain more than that it depends on lots of things age, years working out diet, and pushing. What is needed is Anabolics and proper training plus diet and rest!! HGH and igf in mix definately add more size in long run and work syntergesic with steroids.
    Other things help too, especially steroids, HGH, igf, and t3/t4. And insulin but I wouldn't use it and strongly disagree with it!!
    The thing is we have to find out own threshold and learn what to tweak and when.

    So SARM's are not as good as taking steroids?
    It is just that I've had all kinds of reactions to steroids this year, therefore was just researching as maybe it was time to swap to something else...
    I am putting in the effort with gym, diet and cycle but not really seeing the changes / body I'm after, therefore just trying to understand what is happening really. I just seem to be bouncing around the same spot over and over +/- 2-3kg all the time.

    I highly recommend the SARMS from the MC shop. Do a 3-4month run with OSTA and you will see CHANGES in muscle mass, muscle tone, recovery, endurance, joint imporvement and STRENGTH thru the roof. Noy literally but you will increase every strength area double. Ive been running these SARMS for 3 years , with 2-4 month breaks between 4 month cycles. Osta, LGD seperately. Sometiems with igf. Sometimes lgd and osta together. and i keep coming back!

    Ive never done SARMs. Is there a tutorial on how to take it, how often etc?
    I am not too fussed about strength, more about loosing the stubborn fat and getting 5-6 more muscle, then keeping it. I’m not looking to get massive or anything and steroids have made my skin and libido quite crap hence looking at alternatives.

    Been reading about SARMs and they claim a few kg of lean muscle hence the question.

    Is a ‘safe’ roid to take for fat loss / staying lean but gaining lean muscle anavar with a good diet and training? Or test is better? Or SARMS? My aim is more fitness healthy not huge bodybuilder.

    im 25 and ive only tasted the SARMS and IGF from the MC shop. Everywhere else ive bought have been over priced or complete BULLSHIT lol , trial and error brother. You will gain muscle mass wthout a doubt, ofc it does depend on diet when on SARMS and off to maintin those gains. Same goes with steriods. I have male pattern baldness (genetic) and i dont want to take Test yet until im 27-30, since im taking finasteride and anti-fall shampoo (shit works) ive gained most back and since im young and ugly AF i cant afford to get any uglier. Dabble in SARMS first. Do it. You will not regret it. Take it 45min prior to working out i believe thats peak blood levels (can anyone confirm?), although the half life is 24hr, there is always a peak in bloods. After a first solo cycle do IGF and SARMS, thats been my route and its been MEAT
