Let's get em up, guys. What are your resolutions for this year?

I want to hit personal bests on squats and deadlifts this year and learn to speak Spanish.
 
it's great to set goals, but i never make new year resolutions. too often they become just a prospect that one is seeking without really putting in the effort, even though their intentions are good. i'm not say everyone does this, but an awful lot of them, lol.
my goals though are always to try to be a better person, and to better myself for God, family and country.
 
Legs! I have bad knees and have not done much at all with legs. I'm going to start by doing light weight high reps and see how that goes
 
I never do the whole new year new me. I just try and set realistic goals and then map out a plan of attack to make it happen. Another trip around the sun.
 
i'm still pretty much obsessed with mountain biking and my jumps have come a long way in the last couple months so my goals are to keep getting bigger and bigger air and maybe ride some trails out of state or something, as long as i'm riding i'm happy lol. that's about it, stay fit, make money, and ride!
