Default 5 Benefits and Uses of CBD Oil

5 Benefits and Uses of CBD Oil

Curious why you’re seeing CBD everywhere? Think that it sounds too good to be true? Not sure how to use it?
We’re here to demystify why it’s better than the hype.
    1. Manage Stress and Anxiety, Naturally:
A daily regimen with CBD reduces your body’s natural stress response and stress hormones (bye Cortisol!).

Like a thermostat, Plant People CBD kicks in right when you need it, bringing you back into balance and a comfortable state. CBD helps our bodies and brain access and reduce the breakdown of important chemicals that we produce like serotonin and anandamide (a.k.a the “bliss” molecule). The result is a life filled with more joy and relaxation… and way less stress.

    2. Reduce Pain and Inflammation:
Both sublingual (under the tongue) delivery and topical use, like with our Plant Balm, is highly effective for reducing chronic pain and inflammation. A 2015 study concluded that mice given topical CBD for arthritis had significantly less inflammation and pain signals after only four days without any side effects.

    3. Improve Your Sleep:
Get your zzz 💤 and feel rejuvenated. Our Everyday+ capsule is an isolate blend with supporting magnesium! There are many ways in which CBD can support more restful and deeper sleep by reducing chronic pain, anxiety and other challenges that prevent us from a deep sleep. Further it can help reduce REM sleep disorder. REM paralyzes the body during sleep to prevent physical reaction to dreams.

    4. Heal Without a Habit:
CBD is not addictive so keeping the same dose in your regiment is perfectly fine and encouraged. In fact, the more you use it, the better it works (pretty much the opposite of any addictive drug). Our bodies don’t build up a tolerance to the compound!

    5. Achieve Clarity Not a High:
CBD is not psychoactive or psychotropic. Yes, it is derived from Cannabis, however it only contains trace amounts (or 0%) of the compound THC which is what has the altering effect. This means that it doesn’t get you high (or altered). Rather then getting you high, it heals, reducing stress, anxiety, pain and inflammation with complete mental clarity.

So if you're a naturally laid-back kind of person, does it really do much for you then?

I'm a naturally laid-back guy, some would say to my detriment. I've been taking CBD purchased from a certified rep and company for a couple of months and it has greatly improved my sleeping pattern, general pain management along with overall mental clarity.

I was sceptical from the start but I can say that I personally benefit from it now.

That said, I don't believe that it's for everyone. I know people with various issues - from serious ailments to basic discomfort of every sort and it just seems to affect different people in different ways. Some of those people that I know seem to benefit and some say they notice no changes of any kind.

I assume it's reasons dealing with biological sciency goop gop lol but I can only speak for myself and those I know.

I know many people who are laid back, but still have anxiety and stress issues. I also know people who are laid back and suffer do to their lack of focus and issues with concentration. Cbd helps with all the above.
