Taught our nephew how to make garlic cheddar biscuits. 20 year old Marine in training did a good job for the first time.

Nice I am in on that salmon. Great job

I love kidney beans. My kids are like a bunch of hobos. They would rather have kidney beans over many everyday foods!
    Ingredients just like making jambalaya.
    cajun seasoning
    oldbay
    pepper
    oregano
    red pepper
    margarine/butter or a substitute
    white wine
a few splashes of worchestershire sauce , stir occasionally, bring to a boil , reduce heat to a simmer. and BAM!
Kidney beans are an excellent source of molybdenum. They are a very good source of folate, dietary fiber and copper. Kidney beans are a good source of manganese, phosphorus, protein, vitamin B1, iron, potassium and magnesium. If you do not have plain kidney beans you can substitute , just rinse them thoroughly. Also, white (Cannellini beans) can be used in place of red kidney beans.
As shown in the last pic
i can eat any brand and not have any gas problems. But the Jon of arc ones, make bad gas from me

This was the layers that we're produced by my coffee maker. The coffee itself was the Sumatra blend by Starbucks. I posted it for the gorgeous colors it produced.

Did anyone ever eat swordfish? A friend of mine invited my wife and I over to eat some blackened swordfish. I loved this great tasting, not fishy taste. My wife took a picture but I couldn't load it. I'm not to tech. This swordfish was caught by him off the coast of pompano beach in 1,000 feet of water at night with glo sticks. He was on vacation and brought this back in dry ice coolers. So cool I thought.

Swordfish is delicious and holds liquid marinates well.

Nice! Looks great. Cod has a nice mild taste. I might have said this already but another great less fishy taste is hog snapper. Wow this tastes like great. Mostly store bought or spearfish fresh. Hard to catch with a fishing pole. What's that Korean sauce taste like? A little teriyaki taste?

Alpha had picked up some Korean BBQ sauce from an Asian market and I added fresh garlic, Sriracha, onion powder, sesame seeds and crush ginger. Marinated the fish for 30 mins then a quick sear on a hot pan then reduced the marinate for a sauce. I love using cod because it holds the flavors well and cooks very quickly.
It literally took me 15 mins to make dinner for 2.

Sorry about being gone for a bit. The big guy hurt himself pretty badly and I needed to play nurse to being him back.

Tonight's dinner was a oven baked chicken, bone in and cooked in its own juices, with pan roasted brussel sprouts with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

It really was and surprisingly simple. A but of butter, onions, garlic, a tomato half jalapeno then carrots, peas, toss with Al dente cooked orzo and add spinach and spinach and green onions.

I am so sorry for being MIA... We were dealing with a lot of issues along with moving into a new home with the Covid B's happening....
Alpha finally got his new grill set up and threw on some amazing burgers. They were a hit with the boys and the dog wanted another!

Frankenstein (hodge podge spice mix) marinated burgers with spicy pepper jack cheese and garlic roasted mushrooms on top of a Ciabatta bun.
