Thanks macedog! I will have to have a look around on here to make sure I stick to any rules and don’t get into any accidental trouble with any mods which I’m sure newbies do a fair bit! Hopefully I can have a few good discussions since I’m coming from a weight categorised sports side of things and not bodybuilding ��
