πŸ’₯ Add this in your routine now! Shoulder health is important and this is a very challenging exercise that will help stabilize the shoulder in all directions and will seriously burn! Many people have shoulder issues yet don’t do the necessary shoulder work to keep them strong and healthy. This is a simple, yet effective drill that doesn’t require any fancy equipment and will do some serious bullet proofing for your shoulder and shoulder blade!

1️⃣ Grab a ball (soccer ball, exercise ball etc) and keep it pressed into the wall while you drive through your shoulder blade and rotate in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction. Start kneeling up then beginning practicing with different body positions like leaning over for overhead stability and going sideways for lateral stability.
