As we move forward to a new year, let's take this time to heal. We cannot grow if hold onto the animosity, the fear, the pain and the hurt. Remember it's always darkest before dawn.
Let's take that 5 mins a day to just stop, breathe and say thank you. Thank you to the energies that opened your eyes this morning. Thank you for the food on your table and thank you for the roof over your head. Most of us take the smallest thing for granted, I'm 100% guilt of it.
Let's support our friends and lend a hand to strangers. Let's be kinder, laugher harder and hug longer.
