Sick as Hell last few days, Scary time to be sick too & Do not go to gym all sick and shit

So, i feel like a million dollars right now, as i was sick like i was on my death bed last week through much of this weekend!

Anyhow, first thought was of course this Corona Virus bullshit that my phone sends me new notifications for every five minutes lmao.

Shit had me worried if im being real!

Anyhow, hope everyone is being smart and safe in the gym!

Dude, I tested positive for type A flu a year and a half or so ago, seen fever hit 106, wife called hospital to see if they thought i should come in due to fever being so high and they told her they couldnt legally tell her anything at all lmao but it was that scary, she was calling around cause i thought i was dying , i really thought i might check out, no BS!

This shit i just got over, felt just like it! I couldnt stay awake, but couldnt sleep, lol, just shivered in bed dazed and confused for days on end! it went through the entire house to, and as much as I hated having it, it was much worse watching my daughter be sick like that!

Well the CDC really screwed up here in Texas. They released a lady from quarantine before her last test results. This lady decided to hit one of the malls in San Antonio and went to a hotel next to the Airport. What the media has yet to mention is that this particular mall is a tourist spot right next to the airport. I pray nothing happens.

I use hand sanitizer every 15/20 minutes or so at the gym, and then I religiously wash my hands before leaving.

Anyone see the cost of disinfect wipes? Not $4 any more try $18 if u can find them. Since I'm a broke gym owner however I did find them in bulk at a gym vendor, 800 for $32, and dispenser another $30 so I have no choice but to buy a few of them for my members peace of mind
