Warrior’s Heart
Well I have 1.5 weeks left of my 6 week inpatient substance/ ptsd rehab. Im at a place for veterans and first responders called Warriors heart. Came in for alcohol. Probably the worst thing you can do for health and fitness. Anyway, its been rough. I had to come off of test for the first time in around 8 years and levels crashed hard to about 231ng/dl but Ive been smashing it in the gym since I got out of detox.
Got my Trt script 2 weeks ago so Im starting to feel a bit better. I still dont look like I did before of course but Im anxious to get started again and put on 10-15lbs in the next 3 months. Im weighing around 210 on an empty stomach right now. Im still pondering what my come back cycle will be but Im sure it will include deca and possibly anavar. Heres what Im looking like now.

Looks like you'll bounce back fast! Muscle Maturity is a beautiful thing
The gym has saved my life a couple different times and substance abuse was the cause both times although that was 16 or so years ago, I still remember it like it was yesterday! Hell is hard to forget!
Thanks for sharing your story daddio as its encouraging to those needing help now!!!

First that sucks you need to find a better stash place, but good for you for getting help and stopping the poison! I to went through a period of time with drugs and alcohol. Like you the Warrior prevailed! It’s been 22 years drug free and 20 years alcohol free 15 years cigarette free. And these last 20 years have been great sober, in the best shape I’ve been in. My mind is right I’ve never been more happy. Stay strong and positive you will be Swole in no time! You are in pretty damn good shape now in those pics! Stay hungry bro!

. I have some deca and winstrol coming on Tuesday so I’m gonna do a small but long cycle. Starting a new job Monday and I’ll have 4 days on/4 days off which is great for getting time to lift. So far the test script is doing me well but I’m excited to throw some extra AAS on top of it. This last relapse I got sent to the psych ward and it really hit home for me this time. It scared me which is good.
Pics from yesterday:
I need some serious hamstring and back work. I’m very asymmetrical and hams are week as fuck. Anyway, I’ll be glad to see what changes I can make.
For the record I’m 36 years old and 200lbs.
