Just introducing myself. Finally had surgery to correct an elbow issue that's had me out of the gym for 2 years. Totally honest, the board I was on that had my favorite source has disappeared during that time, and I'm looking all over the place trying to find him again lol. I'm sure it's against rules to discuss that though.

Anyway, there's always something new to learn. And hopefully I can contribute a little as well.
