    Ive always eaten whatever i want within reason of course. So the only time i would consider something a cheat meal was during 12 week contest prep and i would eat a calzone lol. And then feel like a bloated pig lol

    I have no fat genes , but was always on skinny side , but certainly didnt have natural muscle genes , wish i did though lol

    I am boring................since I do keto most of everyone cheat meals are my daily....ribeye, wings, ribs..................my cheat is a day of 12+ different fruits and then I have a little ice cream!!

    I do love my mom's homemade bread and certain pizza's.
    Beach bodies are made in the winter.
