    Default LAT STRETCH

    LAT STRETCH VARIATIONS
    .
📚 These 3 dynamic stretches aim to target the Latissimus Doris muscle, which if tight could lead to lower back extension when lifting the arm overhead. This muscle spans from the lower back region (thoracolumbar region) to the arm. These stretches should be done with a minimum of a 3 second hold with the aim of reaching 60 seconds.

Is there a link or reference to the stretches mentioned?

i'm with Ashop, is there a link or can you provide more information on how to do the three stretches, drtbear1967? i use one where i grab a post bent over, with opposing grip. i pull with the lower hand/arm, with the same leg back, using an opposing force with the other hand. also stood at wall with arm up and push into the wall or doorway. get a stretch doing straight arm pullovers as well, but mostly hits chest.
