So i have a difficult Time training abs crunches puts a lot of strain on my lower back and movements like bicycle kicks or leg raises put a lot of strain on my hips my legs aren’t very flexible I’ve never been flexible with my legs but right below my lower abs right where the hip in the groin area would be both sides are very tight almost like there’s a rubber band or something pulling them and when I go to do certain cord training it burns hurts and then gets really weak very quickly I’ve never had this problem up until probably about a year ago.

any clue what it could be home remedy? Or should i see a dr? It literally feels like the muscles won’t flex

Start taking ascorbic acid (about 1 gram after training) as well as a natural amino acid (beta-alanine). Thanks to water, toxins and toxins are removed from the body, recovery processes are activated. To calculate the water norm, use the formula: mass * 0.04 = X liters of water per day. To do this, stretch your muscles well and, as it should, relax, and then restore breathing. You can pamper yourself with a contrast shower (40 seconds under a cold stream, 1 minute under a hot stream), as well as go to the sauna, pool or massage at the spa. All of these procedures increase blood circulation in the body, preventing muscle tension. Essential fatty acids are needed by the body (300 mg per 1 kg of body weight). They are endowed with anti-inflammatory properties. Most of all omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are found in flaxseed oil, fish oil, various types of nuts (almonds, walnuts). Warming gels and ointments are simply a lifeline for those with sore abs and other muscles. Balms (viprosal, ben-gel and others) relieve pain and fatigue in the muscles.
