We have had a few slight variations of this design over the course of 18+ years, but its remained the same for the most part!

This is me in my First "Train Your Mind" shirt, many years ago lmao, i was still a tiny little lil thing who didnt know shit from shinola. Since then I have discovered a lot of shit, and still working on the shinola

Thnx man! Now thats a nice looking Muscle Thredz shirt!! Vinyl back, not screen printed, but we have screen printed as well and laser ink direct to garment for a different type of texture.
