Alot of hours to be put in before a competition

Justin Crawley, 29, spent more than 200 days dieting and working out at the Wight Fit gym to prepare for the moment when he walked out on stage for the competition.
By winning, the former Carisbrooke College student now goes on to the British finals in Scotland in September, where the winners will represent Great Britain in the World Championships in Miami.
"It was an amazing day for me, not just because of the day itself, but because of everything that had led up to it," said Justin. "So many hours spent in the gym, so many days spent dieting down to lose body fat, and of course many other hurdles along the way which add to the physical and mental strain of competition preparation."
Justin was supported on the day by his family and a group of friends from Newport-based Wight Fit.
