Heinz Senior became a Personal Trainer since 1992 after 4 years bodybuilding and winning several shows, and an Online coach since the internet started. Trained 1000's of athletes, bodybuilders and other sports, and also people that wanted to lose weight, tone up and lose fat. Heinz is certified to train people with health problems, post-rehab and debilitating illness. After becoming part of the Elite of the IFBB Pro League, Heinz has teached 58 training and nutrition seminars in different countries., specializing in getting the fastest results with his HIT Training Techniques suitable for girls and guys of any age, from bikini competitors, pregnancy, obesity, cardiovascular rehab, to bodybuilders, baseball and football players.
