Then, two CrossFit Games veterans, Josh Bridges and Jacob Heppner, will fight each other in the first advertised undercard bout. Now, one of the elite in women’s powerlifting will make her jump into the ring as well for this big event.

Cohen’s opponent will be Avril Mathie, who is currently undefeated with five wins, zero losses, and one draw in six professional fights. Neither athlete had made a statement about their future matchup as of this writing. That could be because both ladies are in the midst of preparing for separate upcoming fights.
Cohen will actually be fighting on Friday, June 4, 2021, at Mundo Boxing’s “Night of Knockouts” event in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. She will be facing Haydee Zapa, who has a professional record of three wins and four losses. The fight will take place in the 126-pound division.
As for Mathie, she will be boxing on June 26th in Weston, Florida as a part of “Weston Fight Night 2”. Her opponent for this event has not been named as of this writing.
