The wide world of CrossFit is getting amped up for the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games. The 10-event Semifinals kick off in three different countries on May 20. Across four weeks and six continents, the Semifinals will determine which athletes — in the Women’s, Men’s, and Team divisions — will descend on Madison, WI for the Games in August. On May 16, CrossFit HQ started releasing the livestream information for how fans can watch the Semifinals events.
Since the start of the COVID pandemic, CrossFit athletes around the world have become accustomed to recording their workouts absent other competitors and an audience. In 2021, five of the 10 Semifinals were held entirely online. But in 2022, spectators are back. Tickets are being sold for fans to watch athletes live and in-person across the world.
