Mk 2866 + ?

I just ordered mk 2866 from ur store . I'm 35 . I have a bad shoulder arm and I'm trying to get more movement from it and maybe lose a few pounds .I used ostarine in the past for my lower back , it ended up helping alot.

I planned on using 1/2 ml a day so 12.5mg until the bottle is gone . I don't plan on AAS just regular otc supplements.

I was thinking maybe tongkat ali or stinging nettle root may help ostarine ?

For pct I have arimistane. Thinkin 3,2,1 for dosing.

Also do I need to refrigerate or shake mk 2866 before use or after opening ?

I've heard high doses were good for bulking. Would high doses help more with connective tissue ligament repair ? Would taking tongkat ali help Ostarine in any way ?
