The 2023 Arnold Classic is set to take place on the weekend of Mar. 2-5, 2023, in the Batelle Grand room of the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. This is the first pro Men’s Open contest on the 2023 bodybuilding calendar — though Brett Wilkin is the first 2023 Mr. Olympia qualified athlete for his win at the 2022 Big Man Pro.
2023 Arnold Classic Roster | Men’s Open
Ten men are set to take the stage and face the judges, including two past Arnold Classic winners. Aside from the historic $300,000 first place prize money that will go to the champion, the winner of the contest will also qualify for the 2023 Mr. Olympia, scheduled for Nov. 2-5 in Orlando, FL.

Past Champions
There are two former Arnold Classic winners in this lineup: Nick Walker and William Bonac. Walker won in 2021 and is considered by many to be the favorite to win in 2023 since he ranked third overall at the 2022 Mr. Olympia contest in December 2022. The only two men who placed ahead of him in that show were winner Hadi Choopan and runner-up Derek Lunsford; neither of whom are competing in Columbus.
