My testosterone test results

Presser move if this is in wrong forum

I ceased my own testosterone cycle 2 months ago hoping to drop my levels so my Dr would consider TRT, it worked as my Free test is 1.83 and my total is at 55, both well below preferred levels

So the balls in my Dr court, I told him I prefer injectable test, not the dermo patch which Ive heard isnt worth much
Anything else I should be requesting? remember Im an old geezer at 63

Im having reservations about even working out as at those levels, what good can it do? I have lost 70 lbs from many yrs ago and am trying to fend off sarcopnia and am pondering my next move, any advice is appreciated

yes i just moved it into main forum, lol. My doctor just needed to see my low natural test to prescribe me. I told him i was sluggish and tired a lot , and thats all it took for him to prescribe me.

Not sure what else you could say or do, like you said balls in his court. When will you see him and find out?

I go this coming Monday for first injection and I have to wait around for 30 min to ensure no allergic reaction (after hundreds on my own, not much to worry about LOL) then I guess I have to go once every 4 weeks so Im thinking WTF 4 wks between shots? No fuckiing way, also he going to ck my levels on a reg basis, wonder it he will know Im doing my own thing on the side? I also doubt he will allow me to inject myself a bummer as I dont want to go to the Dr office once a month
 
Yep my doctor monitors too but I just tell him when I’m using extra and he’s good

I think my Dr isnt like that and Im afraid my insurance co might cancel me if my dr ever narced me out I was using on the side so I;ll be conservative when I use my own dose. Did you volunteer that u were using on yr own or did he catch it w a blood test?
 
He asked me if I was using more than he prescribed in the very beginning, I told him no just what he prescribed as I had been off everything for a while to get an accurate blood test and he said my natty test was pitiful lol so I explained to him I was just responding well to what he prescribed and more consistent in gym and then I said but I plan to add a little something here and there and he said just let him know and I do.

Now I will say this , not long ago I had to see a different Dr cause mine wasn’t available cause I was having weird pains near kidney , she order blood work that day and I totally freaked her out when my blood panel came back with testosterone levels lmao

she then told me I should only be taking 200mg cypionate every 21 days lol WHICH WOULD OBVIOUSLY DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD I EXPLAINED TO HER DUE TO ITS HALF LIFE , then I explained to her the doctors knows I use other stuff once in a while . That didn’t sit right with her lol
 
Good info Bro, was yr dr a endocrininolgost or a GP? also did yr dr prescibe a actual vial for you to buy at pharmacy or did you have to cone into the office for shots?

GP and prescribes a 10ml cypionate. Because I don’t have doctor inject me in office every 10 days Aetna fucking sent me a letter that they won’t cover it anymore as they don’t cover anything that’s self injected at home lol Anything’s to cut corners and save money lmao
 
So yr saying if I do the self injections weeks 2 and 3 (dr will do numbers 1 & 4 wks) and he gets a blood test and my level are much higher than expected I simply tell him my body reacted much better than expected?
