I'd like to hear from everyone about what their favourite supplement is ( other than whey) any why, i personally love creatine, it gives you very good strength and size gains, but most of all i love how fast you recover on it,.
 
i like creatine as well, and also love glutamine and aminos, also love my thermogenics
 
i dropped the pills 3 years ago and take a liquid vitamin/mineral supp. much easier on the old system.
i also take a liquid calcium/magnesium product. also has other joint supporting stuff in it.
oh, not to mention the creatine too!!
 
i'm eager to try Optimum Nutrition Aftermax, it looks like the perfect post workout meal, 40 grams high glycemic carbs, 40 grams whey, 5 grams creatine, 5 grams glutamine and 1 g taurine, what a sic drink! Can't wait to try it
 
i love my thermogenics too, couldn't live without them!! also love protein bars they are the only reason i don't raid the vending machine at work.
 
creatine is good , so is a ephedrine caffine combo , before cardio and workout . 2 things which are pretty necessary for me all the time :).

ast l-glut,biotest tribex,ast ala,ast nac,.shaklee mutli,gaba,zma

if anyone knows about ala,they know they s-ala sucks (in short)
and r-ala is the best kind ...does anyone know a company that sells r-ala (other than ast) that is relatively cheap?
 
As far as thermos that do not cause jitters I believe it depends on the individual's tolerance of stimulants, I can handle high doses of thermos with minimal if any shakes where as some people shake like pretty bad at low to moderate doses. Always remember to start with a low dose and slowly work your way up so it's not too much of a shock for your body, doing this could help prevent shakes.
