    Good thing I'm doin arms tomorrow, HAHA! In all seriousness, I actually hate thinking about doing legs but when I'm there with 3&1/2 plates on each side of the bar and my ass is 6 inches from the ground, it's fucking heaven. LOVE IT!]

    Well, I'm hear to let everyone know that KR isn't as bad as everyone thinks lol!!!

    i sent him home puking.....he couldn't even finish the workout tonight.

    i'll let him comment on the workout tonight.....and if he doesn't i'll make something up.

    shredz - here's tonight's workout. we've got a few we use so let me know if you need more and i'll send them to you. I'm doing 2 sets and KR is doing 3 sets.

    Lying leg curls - 2 sets to failure (6-8 reps)

    High Wide Leg Press - 2 sets to failure (20-25 reps)

    Leg extensions - 2 sets to failure (12-15 reps)

    Squat - 2 sets to failure (1 heavy set 4-6 reps, 1 moderate set 6-8 reps)

    Leg Press - 2 sets to failure 30-35 reps (feet togther)

    Sissy Squat - 2 sets (12-15 reps)

    Ha....you wish it was you that did it to him! Poor guy is mixing a cpl of thermogenics I think. (Please don't quote me.)
    He came home & hit the couch. He went to bed a 1/2 hr ago.
    He'll be back to finish tomorrow or Sun.

    lol....no comment mark, you know who is left standing after most leg workouts!
    Seriously, and I would love some comments on this, I had a similar situation once last year. I wasn't half through the workout when I got sick, so it wasn't the work, squats are last so I didn't even get to them. Anyway, I went back to clen this week (2wks clen, 2wks eca) and started T3. Doing yohimbe late in the day. Now Thursday I was congested and took a clariton(24hr) before going to bed. I was up at 3am shaking and nauseous. I seemed ok most of the day Friday but no appetite. Had a cup of coffee and went to the gym. Halfway through I was shaky and sweaty and felt like puking. I wonder if it was a reaction due to the clariton? Last year when it happened it was only clen I used but same type reaction. I am dropping the clen for awhile and will stick to an eca to see if it makes a difference. Any oppinions?

    add: btw, I have High BP and have been on meds for it for 2 yrs now....maybe my BP was so high it made me sick?
