i am 20 and have been working out for 4 years off and on. I am not kardcore or anything just trying to keep in shape. Over the last 2 years i have develope a chronic knee problem(left knee). I can not do cardio like i used to and my weight and bodyfat has increase quite a bit. I aws thinking of taking cynomel and doing light cardio as well as working out. Is this a good idea?
