will i gain muscle even with bad workout
ok will i get bigger and or stronger even with a bad workout plan because i dont know if i am making the best work out for me so i dont know if i am getting the best results.. But if i could find a simply workout that i could do that give me good results i would be happy or if you could just tell me that even with a bad workout if i keep to my workout eventually i will see my muscles getting bigger because my workouts now to keep it REALLY SIMPLE are
monday
Bench
Curl
Pullups
Butterfly
Tuesday
Leg Press
Leg Extension
wednesday i do same workout as i did on monday and thursday i do tuesdays and fridays i do mondays again.. see before i had a really long and good workout but after doing it i mean i could have kept up with it but im kind of lazy so i dont really want to do a whole bunch of exercises but just a couple
see my last workout i had but i quit after like 2 days of doing it was
Monday
knuckle pushups
handstand pushups
leg elevated pushups
bench
curl
pullups
butterfly
leg elevated pushups
handstand pushups
knuckle pushups
Tuesday
situps
toe squats
jumping exercises where you hop on a platform and off till you cant do anymore and you jump back and forth side my side over a line or towel on the ground until you cannot do it anymore
then i would do
leg press
leg extension
jumping exercises
toe squats
situps
wednesday do the same as on monday and on thursday same as on tuesday and again on friday same exercise as on monday and on everyone of these exercises i would get to the amount of weight where i could do 4-15 reps if i could do more or 15 reps i would raise the weight if i could do like 4 i would stick with the weight but if less than 4 lower the weight and the ones like situps and pushups and stuff i would just keep going until i couldnt do anymore of them now i dont know if that is a good workout or not if you told me it was and if i should stick with it then i will but i want to know if the one i am currently doing is good enough or you suggest that i do the other one but on both routines i would do the exercises until i could not do them anymore or have to keep raising the weight

Just keep increasing either the reps or the weight each week and with consistency and a proper diet you will see results over time.
Just remember that bodybuilding takes years to see big results, not weeks or months. You will get there by being consistent and learning as much as you can.

Consistantly making gains just as the other two said. be sure to log your workouts so you know exactly what you have to beat each time. When you get to a stage when you simply cannot beat a certain exercize in two seperate workouts, try another exercize for that muscle group then come back to it (several weeks-months) later, when the replacement exercize is not making gains.
