Some pics of me, not good pics at all, but hang in there with me, best as i can do for right now, im at 145 pounds, not sure on body fat, anyone wanna take a guess? been through 1 test only cycle, pretty good results. Im about to go to another college, away from home, and ive gotta stack up on some food, ive got a little bit of money, so i can afford some chicken steack and stuff, but what all should i stock up on so i dont have to go out to eat all the time? and if anyone wants to give me some tips on what i need to do and all of that, fill free, im trying to put on some mass, so help me out fellas, thanks a lot!

PS-critiuqe all ya want, im always open for suggestions and information!! :)
 
I would work on your diet, you can def pack on alot more mass without any AAS.

My advice is to start incorporating power movements like squats, SLDL, traditional deads, squats, cleans, push presses, bent over rows, etc. these will help add thickness which in turn = weighin more.

Drink milk with the chicken, fish, and steak. Take your calories to 4,000+ per day, EVERYDAY, and see what happens. You look too lean for packing one mass. Fat and mass kinda go hand in hand but you can loose the fat later and keep the muscle. Its as old as BBing itself. Good luck
 
I agree with Da Fonz, save the AAS for when you need it, right now you don't learn how to eat and train, learn your body and what works for you, if you can't grow naturally you have no business being on AAS.
 
Your in NO way, shape, or form anywhere near your nattty potential. AAS will not make up for shortfalls in diet, training, rest, and the many other areas necessary for growth.
