5 week IGF cycle results...

Just wanted to post an update, I ran 100mcg of IGF for 5 weeks and I've had very good results and managed to stay very lean even though my diet was far from good. I'm a very solid 194 at the moment down from a steady 208 when my diet was clean. Made some good strength gains but more importantly I was able to solve a few nagging injuries which included a lower back strain, rotator cuff impingement and a hamstring pull. All of which are completely gone. The only side effect that kept rearing it's head was fatigue but I was able to counter it very successfully with 2cc's of B-12 every 2 or 3 days, which is another reason my diet wasn't on point. IGF increases my hunger to begin with but with B-12 my stomach would be growling 15 minutes after a shot... would be a great bulking combo for those ineterested.

What kind of B12 are you using? the regular ol' water based or oil?
 
sounds awesome i am going to be running 40mcgs ED in about 2 weeks with some hgh to do some healing and might add some eq prop

I'm running Synthetek's version, SYNTHELAMIN (B-12)... I'm loving the stuff and one bottle will last you a very long time.

Sounds like a party. I wouldn't run the B-12 with the EQ but either way watch your blood pressure you sexy bastard!

damn I really need to try that stuff. I've been taking 1cc a day of the water stuff and I don't notice any sort of difference at all.
 
This B12 is water based to SD but its good stuff you frontload for a week then take it twice a week or so one bottle will last a good 7 months. He wasnt on a cycle it was just the igf. good to hear from ya and that everythings goin good mike.
 
awesome to hear. I plan to take some time off gear before my bulker and want to use b-12 and igf during that time.
 
Sounds like awesome results. I want to use IGF again soon, that stuff is great.

Did you inject everyday, before or after your workout?

I injected 50am and then 50 PWO but there were days that my injections were only 3 or 4 hours apart because my workout was earlier those days. I've tried many different methods including early AM shots and PM shots before bed but I found that PWO shots helped with soreness and muscle recovery...

I wasn't shooting anything else except for B-12 and IGF but I highly recommend combining the two with a cycle or for PCT. I've used IGf during PCT and I love it and will be using it from now on.
 
Very cool. I thought I was the only one going for 100mcgs ED. It's really different from those days of 40, huh?
 
has anyone used 200mcg+ ED? I am still growing although I am 19, so I just want to know if I am going to grow up instead of growing bigger?

I wouldn't start doing anything for at least another year or better yet wait until you're 21 or 22...

to answer your question yes some people have gone as high as 200mcg. A special someone here on the boards (^Normal ;) ) who's not very good at math and slin pins thought he was shooting 50 twice a day but in reality he was shooting 100 twice a day and was sleepy all the time.
 
I've done 200ius per day. Loved it.... tried starting with 40ius to 80ius... Found for me personally, anything below 100ius dosent work for me.

So Mike, would you say the improvement in your lower back strain, rotator cuff impingement and hamstring pull was in direct relation to the IGF ?
