Workout More Than Once Per Day

You will definitly overtrain malic, its not just your muscles that need to heal its you CNS(central nervous system). You dont r need to be lifting more than once a day unless youre training for something specific such as Pro bodybuilding and you need to remember these guys are on tons of gear. You can lift and run in the same day, but i wouldnt suggest training more than once per day, it doesnt really have any benifits. Rest is just as, if not more important that the training itself.
 
work out once a day down a few shakes eat clean and lots of protein. Do this for 6 months you will see dramatic results dont stop training though keep a solid regimin and get in there on the days you need get plenty of rest. dont train more then once your cns will not recover and you will be highly overtraining.
 
your training should be:

1. intense
2. short and heavy
3. infrequent (3 days a week max)

malic, when you get access to a good gym, you are a perfect candidate for BigA's training protocol. Im an ecto like you and Im doing it, and loving it. I do less than 20 set PER WEEK!
 
i laughed out loud when i read that IP yeah thanks for bringin that to the table mikey haha jk brotha.
 
the only way i train twice a day is when im in contest prep
but i only do cardio and abs in the AM
and my regular workout out and cardio PM
