same amount of protein off days vs. training days?

hey guys just seeing if everybody tries to hit there magic number with protein intake even on the days off in the gym. I still like to keep it about the same keep it around 350 or so but its hard sometimes im not as focused on eating enough on my off days i guess i need to fix that fast.
 
I always try to hit that number with the protein. I find that my training suffers a bit if I don't get it. Have to admit though it is hard sometimes, especially on weekends.
 
yeah i know what you mean man thats one of the reasons i changed up my routine now ill be workin out on weekends alot. I find it hard to diet to a T when i dont train or something that day dont know why just harder for me. Hopefully that will change.
 
i never eat enough food let alone protien shakes, but since muscle milk mint choc chip i been pretty close to my ideal number
 
I try to. On weekends it makes it a lot harder if I am running around doing other stuff. I usually take a small cooler with a few things of water. When I get a chance I just mix in some Muscle Milk. On weekdays it is pretty easy for me to get in enough.
 
I try to eat a little more on the weekends. I still stick to my diet, but just up the amount up. If I don't, I feel all paranoid like I'll have a shitty workout on Monday.
